Graduated from Cambridge University with first-class honours, Janet worked in the Investment Department of Savills where she focused on en-bloc assets acquisition and large-scale investment property transactions. Janet joined the Centaline Group in 2012 and participated in different scopes of operations including real estate brokerage and finance in China and Hong Kong. She acted as Deputy General Manager of an agency subsidiary of the Group in Shanghai, focusing on enhancing sales and operational performance. A CFA charterholder and MRICS member, he has overseen assets valued at over HK$6 billion and led the successful transformation of a HK$2 billion hotel into a student housing project. His work also includes managing underwriting and investment deals alongside global institutional investors, driving high-value transactions and partnerships.
