UK Student Housing

The “Centaline Student Housing Fund II” is a 5-year investment scheme that aims to seek interim income returns and mid-term capital appreciation. The fund will acquire assets in the UK student housing market with appreciation potential, and enhance the value of these properties through value-add strategies such as refurbishment, renovation, and repositioning. The Fund has made two acquisitions so far: 58 Princes Square Bayswater, London and Bright House in Kingston Upon Thames, London. These properties have been acquired at a price lower than the average market price in the area, and both are currently fully occupied with a reputable property management company carrying out leasing and daily management.

The Centaline Investment team is actively working on new acquisition opportunities in university zones across the UK and is currently in the process of raising additional funds for future investments.
