UK Student Housing

The Centaline UK Student Housing investment is a 5-year investment programme focused on acquiring and repositioning student housing assets across the UK. The programme targets properties with appreciation potential and enhances their value through refurbishment, renovation, and repositioning.

To date, two acquisitions have been completed: 58 Princes Square in Bayswater, London, and Bright House in Kingston Upon Thames, London. Both properties were acquired below the average market price in their respective areas and are currently fully occupied, with a reputable property management company overseeing leasing and daily management.

The Centaline Investment team continues to identify new acquisition opportunities in university zones across the UK.
